Privacy policy
Effective October 17, 2026. Tank Watch keeps everything on your phone; this policy says what leaves it when you send it.
1. Who we are
ATiS Tank Watch is an Android app of ADVANCED TANK & INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS, LLC (ATiS), powered by Ti-SALES, 36 Hudson Rd, Sudbury, MA 01776, United States. ATiS publishes this policy. Questions: info@tisales.com or (800) 225-4616.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the ATiS Tank Watch app and its website pages. It does not cover what happens to a message after you send it with another app.
3. What the app keeps
The tanks you add (name, location, water system name and ID, type, material, capacity, parts and notes) and their logs: monthly and annual inspections, interior and exterior inspections and cleanings, with the answers, the action-taken notes, the inspector name you type and the dates. It also keeps the form you are filling in, so a closed app reopens where you were, the date a request was last sent for a tank, the last inspector name you typed into a monthly or annual log, and the name, organization, phone and email you typed into a service request, to fill in the next ones.
4. What the app never collects
No location, contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone, advertising identifier, analytics or crash reports. The app knows only the names and contact details you type into a log or a request.
5. Where it is kept
Everything stays in the app's private storage on your phone. ATiS and Ti-SALES have no copy of it and no server for the app.
6. No account, no internet
The app has no account, no sign-in and no internet permission. It cannot send anything by itself.
7. Sharing you start
When you email or share a log or a service request, or copy it, the text goes to the app you choose and the people you send it to. You can read the whole text before it leaves.
8. Calls
Tapping call opens your phone app with the Ti-SALES number, (800) 225-4616. The app never places a call by itself.
9. What ATiS receives
ATiS receives only what you send it, for example a service request emailed to info@tisales.com. It uses it to answer your request.
10. Children
The app is made for water system staff and is not directed at children under 13.
11. Keeping and deleting
A tank and its logs stay until you delete them. Deleting asks first, warns when a log is less than 5 years old, and cannot be undone. The remembered inspector name and contact details are removed with Forget my contact details on the Privacy screen. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes everything.
12. No backup copies
The app is excluded from Android cloud backup and device transfer, so a new phone starts empty. Share your logs to keep copies in your system's records.
13. Security
Android keeps the app's storage private to the app. Lock your phone with a PIN or fingerprint, since anyone who can open your phone can open the app.
14. Permissions
The app asks for no permission at all.
15. Your choices
You decide what to record, what to send and when to delete it. To ask about a request you already sent, write to info@tisales.com.
16. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the app and the website show the new version and its date. This version is effective 17 October 2026.

Your email, phone, share and browser apps handle what you send through them under their own terms and policies.
