What the app and this site are

Tank Watch keeps inspection records on the phone, works out due dates and turnover days and writes a request to send to ATiS. The tools on this site work out the same dates and turnover from what is typed and keep nothing.

Not an inspection

The app does not inspect a tank, approve a log for MassDEP or replace the judgement of a competent inspector. The water system decides who inspects and how records are kept.

Rule summaries

The rule notes summarise public sources and link to them. The guideline text and the state drinking water program decide what applies.

Requests

A request sent from the app asks ATiS to get in touch; nothing is scheduled or priced until ATiS replies.

The example

The example water district, its tanks, people and records are made up.

The tools on this site

They work in your browser on what you type and keep nothing when you leave the page.

Your data

Everything the app records stays on the phone; the privacy policy says what leaves it when you send it.
